A Stunning Danish Countryside Wedding at Svinningegården

As a wedding photographer based in Copenhagen, I had the incredible honor of documenting Celina and Niklas’ beautiful Danish wedding. Their special day was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments, set against the stunning backdrop of Svinninge, near Holbæk.
The day began with a heartfelt ceremony at the charming Fårevejle Kirke, where friends and family gathered to witness the couple's vows. After the church ceremony, we headed to a nearby beach for an intimate portrait session. The sunlit coast and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect setting for capturing the couple’s genuine love and connection.
The reception at Svinningegården was equally enchanting. Guests enjoyed the gorgeous weather by playing garden games, mingling, and taking part in group photos. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in the joy of the day. Celina and Niklas made a grand entrance, cutting their wedding cake and welcoming everyone into the cozy venue.

The evening was full of Danish wedding traditions, including the charming “cutting of the socks” ritual, heartfelt speeches, and lots of dancing. The vibe was easy-going and celebratory, giving me the freedom to move around and capture candid, emotional moments throughout the night.
Being part of Celina and Niklas’ wedding was a true joy. From the ceremony to the portraits on the beach and the lively reception, every moment was infused with love and happiness.
