C&CH flew into Copenhagen with one special wish: to have their love story captured in the heart of the city. After an online call where we planned every detail together, I curated a route that would show off the best of Copenhagen while giving them a quiet moment just for themselves to read their vows. So no Copenhagen elopement this time.
We began the photoshoot in the iconic Nyhavn, surrounded by colorful houses and the buzzing Copenhagen vibe. From there, we wandered through the charming courtyard next to Apollo Bar, before making our way across the bridge to Opera Island.
The park there is magical – and on this particular day, we had the entire island completely to ourselves. It felt like a secret escape in the middle of the city. We chose a stunning glass hall as the perfect backdrop, where C&CH exchanged their vows in total privacy.
As a Copenhagen wedding photographer, moments like these are why I do what I do. Capturing raw emotions, laughter, and tears in such a meaningful place is always an honor – and this day couldn’t have been more perfect.
